Where are your products made?We hand make our skincare in small batches at our lab in Dubai to maintain the freshness of each product.

Do you use natural ingredients?Our Pink Clay Mask and Skin Perfecting Oil are made using 100% natural ingredients to give you soft, glowing and clear skin.

Do you test on animals?We have and never will test on animals. Our products have undergone extensive testing on those who would be using the mask – people!

Are your products safe?Yes, our products have undergone testing. We recommend doing a patch test 24 hours prior to use.

Are your product vegan?Our Pink Clay Mask and Skin Perfecting Oil are 100% vegan.

Can I return an items if I get a reaction?We recommend doing a patch test 24 hours prior to use. If you believe you've had a reaction, please take a photo and send it over to recipeskincare@gmail.com If this is provided within 14 days of purchase, we will be happy to try and resolve the issue with you. Please note, redness is common after using clay masks as the clay stimulates blood flow to the skin.

Do you ship internationally?Currently we only ship to UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman & Kuwait. Please note, you will need to pay for international shipping as well as any customs/duty on the parcel arriving in your country.

How long does shipping take?Our products are shipped within one to three days of receiving an order. It can take between 4-15 days for items to arrive (depending on where you live in the world). Delivery within the UAE will take 4-7 days and 4-15 days for the rest of the Gulf countries. To avoid any delivery delay please provide your full address along with your contact information. Once you place your order we will also share a follow up mail letting you know your item has been shipped. The mail will include a tracking number that will allow you to see where your product is at all times.

The product I received was damaged, what to do?Firstly, we deeply regret that you have received a damaged product. Please send us a picture of the damaged product your received within 5 days of you receiving the product (i.e. 5 days from when the courier delivers it to your door). Please mail us at recipeskincare@gmail.com. We will be happy to replace the product or if you wish to get a refund then please let us know and we will be happy to help.
